Traveling in Paris, Barcelona and New York, the architects of the renowned architectural firm Norm.Architects Kasper Rønn and Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen were fascinated by the street lights there. Their characteristic hat-like iron lampholder and translucent light ball inspired the designers to create a similarly shaped pendant luminaire for the interior. 

The mass luminaire design is bold and masculine but its rounded curves soften the expression. The well-known shape allows you to focus on materials, aesthetic structure and colors. The simple form is complemented by high quality Nero Marquina marble that adds luxury. 

The impressive chandelier consists of nine light balls that can be adjusted to different heights and create an impressive line of light or a stylish cluster. The set includes a ceiling socket. 

Mass pendants are also sold individually (designated Mass NA5), which can be used singly or to create a smaller chandelier by combining several.
