Service and return of goods

For all orders placed with Residence Group OÜ, you can find our service standards and order schedule below.


We fulfill orders for stock products 3 during the workday. 

We fulfill all orders with products that are not in our stock but are available from the supplier within up to 4 weeks, but we try to fulfill within 7-10 working days. 

The delivery time of custom-made products depends on the manufacturer and the volume of the respective order. 


1. When submitting an order you will receive confirmation that the order has been received.

2. Confirming the order to the supplier – we will deliver the order in the next few days after receiving the payment for the order 

3. Your order will arrive within the delivery time indicated on the product page - according to the transport method you have chosen, our courier partner Fastkuller will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery time or hand over the goods to the Smartpost courier and the order will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice.


Delays – Unfortunately, delivery problems are part of the furniture industry, especially since the outbreak of COVID-19. The situation is improving, but there may still be unforeseen delays. We will transmit the relevant information immediately after receiving the corresponding notification from the supplier.



If you want to return your purchase, please fill out the standard form below and send it to within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please return the returned goods in the original packaging as it arrived with tags, unused and undamaged. 

Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving the goods if they meet the conditions mentioned above. 

Products made to special order in special sizes and/or upholstered according to the customer's request are not returnable.
