Transport of goods in other parts of Europe is for a small postage fee, which is automatically calculated in the shopping cart according to the product.

Returns

 

VÚS § 56.  The right to withdraw from the contract

 (1) The consumer may withdraw from the contract concluded using a means of communication within 14 days. In the case of an item, the deadline begins on the day when the item, or in the case of delivery of similar items, the first part of the item, has reached the consumer and the obligations stipulated in § 55 of this Act have been fulfilled. In the case of a service, the deadline begins on the day of the conclusion of the contract, when the obligations stipulated in § 55 of this Act have been fulfilled.

 

The consumer has the right to rely on the legal remedies provided for in the law in case of non-compliance of the subject of the contract with the contract conditions (VÚS § 54 lg 1 d 18).

Please return the goods to be returned in the original packaging as it arrived with tags, unused and undamaged. See below for detailed instructions on how to pack your returned product. 

The refund will be made immediately but no later than within 14 days from the submission of the right of withdrawal. Residence Group OÜ has the obligation to return to the consumer all fees received from the consumer under the contract immediately but no later than within 14 days from the moment the consumer has returned to Residence Group OÜ or provided proof that he has returned the goods (VÚS § 561  paragraph 1).

If the return of the product to the seller is delayed, the refund will be made immediately within the next few working days.

Products made to special order in special sizes and/or upholstered according to the customer's request are not returnable.

 

Return packing instructions

  • Please return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it

  • Please make sure that the return shipment includes all parts, all parts of the product's original packaging and the manual.

  • When returning delicate products, please use shockproof materials/softening

 

VÚS § 562  According to paragraph 4, the consumer is responsible for the decrease in value caused by the use of the item. In order to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the thing, the consumer should handle and use the thing only as he would normally be allowed to do in the store.

Otherwise, Residence Group OÜ has the right to return up to -70% less of the value of the goods as compensation, according to the decrease in the value of the product.

  

Defective, defective or damaged product

Sometimes it can happen that the customer receives a faulty, incomplete or damaged product for various reasons. In this case, we will replace the item with a flawless copy as soon as possible. If the product happens to be sold out, we will offer an alternative.

Upon arrival of the order, please check the goods immediately. If there is a defect in the product, please notify the supplier as soon as possible via the appropriate channel for the customer (email hello@residencestore.eu, phone +372 5117313, website chat box or Facebook page).  

 

Warranty and return

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check properly that there are no defects in the goods. If the product is defective or incomplete and the customer wishes to return the product, he must inform the supplier as soon as possible at the email address hello@residencestore.eu.

When the goods arrive, the supplier will check the defectiveness of the goods, and if the complaint is satisfied, a new product will be sent to the customer. If there is no new copy in stock, it will be ordered immediately, but if desired, the customer can also choose a replacement product(s) in the value of the item in question. If the customer cannot find a suitable replacement product and does not want to wait for a new product, he returns it Residence Group OÜ money to the customer for the product and postage costs immediately but no later than within 14 working days.

 

Product policies

We always recommend that you read the product manuals, warnings and notes carefully before using the product.

Residence Group OÜ products comply with European Union legislation.

 

Requirements and limitations of requirements

The financial compensation to be paid by the supplier is limited to the cost of the product complained of.

 

§ 101.  Remedies for breach of duty

  (1) If the debtor has breached the obligation, the creditor may:
  1) demand the fulfillment of an obligation;
  2) to refuse to fulfill their owed obligation;
  3) demand compensation for damages;
  4) withdraw from the contract or cancel the contract;
  5) lower the price;
  6) in case of delay in the fulfillment of a financial obligation, demand a delay.

  (2) In the event of breach of obligation, the creditor may use separately or together all legal remedies arising from the law or the contract, which can be used simultaneously, unless otherwise provided by the law or the contract. In particular, the use of a legal remedy resulting from a breach of duty does not deprive the creditor of the right to demand compensation for the damage caused by the breach of duty.

  (3) The creditor may not rely on the debtor's violation of the obligation or use legal remedies as a result to the extent that this violation was caused by his own act or a circumstance or event resulting from him, the risk of which he bears.

 

Making claims

The consumer has the right to rely on the legal remedies provided for in the law in case of non-compliance of the subject of the contract with the contract conditions (VÚS § 54 lg 1 d 18).

 

To resolve possible disputes that the parties have not been able to resolve by agreement, the consumer can turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Board:
